Please read our Terms of Service carefully before booking. Terms of Service By booking a family photography session, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. If you have questions, contact us before your session. This document constitutes a contract between One2 Cre8 Inc./One2Play (referred to as "Photographer/we/us") and the client ("you"). Health and Safety Clients are responsible for supervising children during sessions to ensure safety and to avoid damage to studio property. Any damages to studio furniture, props, or property will incur a fee of $80 for cleaning and/or the cost of replacement. Copyrights and Usage All images remain the exclusive property of One2 Cre8 Inc. Purchased images are for personal use only and may not be copied, resold, or used for commercial purposes. Please credit @one2play/@one2cre8ca when sharing on social media. Pricing and Payment Clients agree to pay the full session fee as outlined. Additional prints or digital files not included in the package may be purchased separately. No images will be delivered until payment is complete. Model Release By booking, you permit One2 Cre8 Inc. to use your images for promotional purposes, including social media, website, or print materials. Session Timing Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session length or cancellation, with a penalty fee of $150. Limit of Liability In the unlikely event that images are lost or damaged, liability is limited to a refund or a complimentary reshoot. Cancellations January to September: Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $150 fee. October to December: Cancellations are not allowed. Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours' notice. No-shows will be charged the full session fee. Contact us with any concerns before your session.
